Order modications can be requested, but are not guaranteed. If you have a pre order, modifications cannot be made after pre order closes. All order orders cannot be modified once it is fulfilled.

Please contact us with your email and order number to request a cancellation on your order before it gets fulfilled.

You have up to 7 days upon delivery to return any items. Please take a look at our return policy to start your return.

Please check your junk mail and any other emails you may have inputted or autofilled during checkout. If you still cannot find it we can resend the confirmation.

If you purchased a pre order item, the estimated timeframe that it will ship is posted in the product description.

All ready to ship orders will be fulfilled weekly.

We do not offer exchanges. You may return your order for a full refund and place a new order.
